The wedding was outdoors and the reception partially outdoors and they had it all handled with such a unique venue. Their professional approach was complimented by their sincere interest in our event and our family. They understood our vision for the wedding and they implemented that with attention to every detail. Mia + May did an excellent job of corresponding with and coordinating all of the vendors. These ladies were a pleasure to work with and provided me with the gift of a relaxed mindset the weekend of the wedding and most importantly, being able to take in and fully enjoy the wedding day.”

As a bride, the last thing I wanted to do was create checklists and have deadlines, but the lovely ladies of Mia+May completely made it a pleasant experience. They assisted in helping with deadlines, contacting venues and leading the communication, and planned/organized the ceremony and reception. They included me in the entire process, but I gave them full reign on day of. This was the absolute best decision I could have made as I didn’t even once think or worry about the details....and if something went wrong, they took care of it and I was none the wiser. I felt at ease and confident in giving them the control. What an absolute relief to be able to just enjoy my day with my husband, family, and friends. Given the chance, I would pick them again and again!"

Those five words were the most comforting thing I could have heard and didn't know I needed. The gals were professional, easy to work with and helped me to establish the vision with complete ease. Utilizing Mia + May for our day of was a last minute decision and was the best one that I made during my planning process.
Having Danielle take care of the day of chaos is truly priceless. Our reception was Caribbean-themed and supposed to be super relaxed and they allowed me to actually enjoy the vibe! I recommend them to anyone and everyone planning an event that thinks "they can do it themselves" like I did. "
